The 850-foot long Dauphin Island Fishing Pier provides picture-perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico and is an ideal spot for fishing, either alone or as a family activity. Overhead and bottom lights along the pier allow spec and nighttime fishing, with primary catches being mackerel, flounder, sheephead, red fish and trout. Located on Dauphin Island, the pier is near the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, Fort Gaines and lovely public beaches.
